We bake fresh and ship once per week. During hot weather, cookies may arrive soft or warm. This is completely normal and does not affect quality. Refrigerate the unopened box for 30–60 minutes before opening. Cookies can be enjoyed right away or frozen for up to 3 months.
What's the best way to reheat cookies?

Warm in the oven at 300–350°F for a few minutes for the best texture, or microwave for 10–15 seconds for a softer cookie.

From frozen, let cookies thaw first, then warm as above.
